Helen began her career in IT Distribution at the age of 17, spending eight years at Ingram Micro. Following this, she gained valuable experience working for leading Vendors before taking a career break to raise her family. During this time, Helen worked part-time in recruitment, later returning to the industry, joining Samsung as Distribution Manager for B2B Monitors, followed by a role at Westcon as Business Development Manager for Palo Alto Networks (Cybersecurity). Helen is currently Business Development Manager at Exertis, responsible for Samsung B2B Compute.

With extensive experience across both Distribution and Vendor landscapes, Helen brings a well-rounded understanding of the channel. Her strengths lie in relationship building, organisation, and a proactive, partner-first approach. She is committed to supporting partners with day-to-day enquiries, product enablement, demos, and business growth initiatives. Her previous experience with Samsung provides deep insight into the brand’s operations, values, and expectations.

Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time with her family, keeping active at the gym, and looking after her two energetic dogs.

With over a decade of experience in the tech and retail sectors, James brings a strong background in sales, account management, and partner development. His career began with 8 years at Currys and Currys Business, where he held roles including Corporate Account Manager and Partnership Development Manager. He then spent a year in ITAD at Ingram, followed by a year in direct sales at VAR Academia as a Regional Account Manager. Most recently, he spent 2.5 years at Epson in a Channel Account Management role.

Now as a Samsung Business Development Manager, James takes a hands-on approach—working closely with partners and their sales teams to support deal registration, pricing, demo units, joint end-user meetings, and more.

Outside of work, James has been involved in theatre for years and even built a fully functioning Macbeth-themed escape room, and wrote, directed, and performed in a swing/jazz show for nearly 1,000 people.

Tom has a background in technology sales and consultancy; he has experience working across both partner and end-user channels. Tom’s approach combines in-depth product knowledge with a practical, customer-focused mindset. He collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders—from technical teams to business leaders—to ensure the right solutions are effectively aligned with customer needs.

Tom is the Samsung PC Specialist at Exertis, he provides partners with expert knowledge of Samsung’s PC portfolio, covering everything from technical specifications to market positioning. His goal is to support partners with clear, actionable insights that enhance commercial outcomes. He supports partners by providing accurate and competitive quoting, sales team training on Samsung PCs, coordination of partner visits, events, and tours and supporting with solution positioning and deal strategy.

Tom has owned the same Mini Cooper since he was 10, as his family restores old Austin Mini Coopers.

With nearly two decades of experience in IT distribution, Andy has a strong track record of driving growth, managing key vendor relationships, and delivering value to partners and resellers.

He began his career at Micro-P as a Network Sales Specialist, before spending 11 years at Tech Data in multiple roles—over 2 years as an APC and SonicWall Product Specialist, and 8+ years as a Business/Senior Manager for top PC brands including Microsoft Surface, Lenovo, Acer, Dynabook, and Fujitsu.

Currently a General Manager at Exertis UK within the Compute Solutions team, he focuses on strategic business development and partner success, with plans for future growth alongside Samsung.

Andy is passionate about empowering partners and delivering exceptional experiences across the IT channel.

Dan Morville

Dan began his career at 13 working at Turf Moor before studying Musical Theatre and Drama at university. Following two years as Vice President of the University of Cumbria Students’ Union, he became Sales & Marketing Manager for Walkabout Bars. He then spent time abroad managing travel teams for Thomson (now TUI) before returning to the UK as a Senior Insurance Consultant at Endsleigh. He joined Exertis in 2018 in SMB Sales, moving into the Commercial team as Computing Business Manager in 2023.

In Dan’s current role, he oversees the Samsung PC portfolio, driving sales performance, managing forecasts, and supporting internal teams and partners. He assists with claims, rebates, opportunity development, training, and portal access, as well as connecting partners with key contacts across Distribution and Vendor teams.

Dan is always eager to support where needed. Outside of work, he once performed to over 10,000 people as Bill Sykes in Oliver! at Manchester Palace Theatre.

With nearly 20 years of experience in B2B marketing within the IT channel, Emma has worked across Distribution, Reseller, and Vendor organisations, including global brands such as HP Inc. and Logitech. This diverse background has provided her with a deep understanding of the channel and how to deliver impactful marketing strategies.

In Emma’s current role as Marketing Account Director, she is dedicated to supporting Samsung Compute. Emma serves as the primary contact for all marketing-related activity connected to Exertis and Samsung, including campaigns, events, Samsung Hub queries, and marketing enablement tools. She is always happy to support partners with any marketing enquiries and help drive visibility and engagement for their Samsung propositions.

Outside of work, Emma is a proud mum to a toddler, and once had the opportunity to dance at the London Palladium. Emma is currently working towards her PADI Open Water diving certification.
