  • How do I raise a DealBook?

  • What is the warranty on Samsung PCs and can they be upgraded?

    All Windows devices come with a standard return-to-base warranty of 3 years, this can be upgraded to 4 or 5 years next business day within 60 days of purchase of the Galaxy Book.

  • Is there a minimum quantity for raising a bid on DealBook?

    1 is the minimum quantity! Quantity breaks start from 5 units upwards.

  • Do I get preferential rates, the higher my Samsung partner status?

    No, it’s a level playing field on pricing. The further you go up the partnership tiering, the more rebates come into play. However, you will get a 3% deal registration support on new opportunities, so being first to register, is a real benefit to you.

  • Is there a limit to how many NFR’s I can order?

    No there isn’t, each application is dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

  • How do I book in training?

    Training requests can be made directly through the Samsung Hub or via the Samsung Specialist team.

  • What’s the difference between the B2B and Retail units?

    The main external difference is colour, but internally, B2B units include Windows 11 Pro, BitLocker, TPM 2.0 with Knox security, remote management tools, and a 3-year business warranty—unlike retail units, which have fewer security features and a 1-year warranty.

  • Do I have to be a Samsung partner to buy Samsung stock?

    No, you don’t. However, registering as a Samsung One partner is free and gives you access to NFR, loan devices, and further price breaks.

  • Who is the target audience for the Samsung range?

    Predominantly the mid-market, focused on the hybrid workforce and mid-range office. However, the Pro series and Ultra are marketed towards high performance and mobility office users.

  • What’s the loan device process?

    Loan device applications can be requested and submitted directly via the Samsung Hub. All submissions will then be dealt with by the Samsung Specialist Team.

  • What’s the difference between raising a bid on DealBook and getting a quote directly from Exertis?

    Raising a DealBook bid through Samsung One means you will get further pricing support from Samsung, such as a deal reg discount of 3% per unit, volume breaks past 4 units, and promotional discounts. If you quote directly from Exertis, you will get any promotional discounts against the SKU, but no volume breaks or that 3% protection.

  • What are the benefits of being a Samsung One partner?

    The benefits are loan devices, co-branded marketing materials, sales enablement tools, and access to grow your Samsung business more effectively.

  • Who do I speak to about product information?

    Product Information such as toolkits and spec sheets are available via Samsung One (updated regularly when new products are launched) or via the Samsung Specialist Team.

  • How often will the price file change?

    The price file is a monthly updated document and can be found on the Samsung Hub. Coming soon and shared on the page will be the launch of a monthly newsletter for all Samsung PC partners.

  • Loan devices are available for a maximum loan period of 4 weeks from delivery
  • Loan devices are only available to Samsung One Registered and Managed Partners
